Small in size, big in impact. At Axetris AG in Central Switzerland, we develop and manufacture micro-optical components and laser-based gas detectors with passion and care. They enable reliable data transmission and precise emissions measurements around the world. We combine our specialized expertise with the strength of the Leister Group, an international organization with more than 900 employees and 130 sales partners.

Your impact
- You strengthen existing customer relationships and win OEM volume projects
- You guide inquiries all the way to closing and help bring customer ideas into production
- At trade shows and conferences, you build connections and open doors to new markets
- You spot market trends early and help shape our strategy
- You spend around 30% of your time traveling internationally and the rest at our site in Kägiswil
Your expertise
You engage with people openly, listen attentively, and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
