
To strengthen our R&D Metrology & Testing team, we are looking for a technically skilled and analytical professional who enjoys connecting development with production. As a Process Engineer Metrology, you will play a key role in turning technical requirements into reliable measurement solutions, working closely with both R&D and Production to ensure precision, quality and robust processes.
Your tasks
- Take ownership of multiple inspection and measurement systems used in wafer manufacturing, including problem analysis, troubleshooting and second-level support
- Specify, evaluate, procure, install and qualify new equipment and production resources
- Analyze data, perform statistical evaluations and present findings clearly to different stakeholders
- Develop new measurement and test methods, recipes and parameters, and successfully transfer new processes into production
- Contribute to key quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans and process flows
- Evaluate, procure and further develop data-processing software for production
- Train operators and help ensure safe, reliable and consistent processes in day-to-day production
Your Profile
- M.Sc. degree in Microengineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
- Experience with manufacturing and/or measurement processes in the semiconductor industry
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and/or laboratory conditions
- Excellent German and English language skills
- A solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and assertive personality with a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to work
