Process Integration Engineer
We are looking for an independent and motivated individual to join our R&D / Engineering department.
Your responsibilities:
- Evaluate FE/BE process capabilities, identify gaps, and drive solutions with cross‑functional teams
- Define critical process parameters (CTQ/CTF/CTP) and run optimization to boost yield, throughput and cycle time
- Lead new FE/BE product flow introduction, including MES setup, control plans, data collection and OCAP
- Set and monitor statistical controls (CL/SL, CpK, yield) and lead teams focused on process and yield improvement
- Resolve FE/BE production issues, lead 8D/root‑cause task forces, provide engineering analysis and documentation, support transfer and product ramp‑up, promote a strong safety culture
Your profile:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, or materials science
- Broad understanding of FE/BE semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Strong metrology and failure‑analysis skills, with experience in testing and destructive/non‑destructive techniques (wafer‑fab experience a plus)
- Proficient in using databases and information systems for process‑capability and spec‑compliance analysis
- Experienced in SPC, DOE, data‑driven problem solving, and familiar with MES/ERP and regulated production environments
- Ability to multitask and willingness to perform under pressure, German language skills a plus
