In this key role, you’ll be responsible for company-wide SAP Master Data Management and for coordinating all SAP S/4HANA implementation activities related to the supply chain.

As the central point of contact between business, IT, and external partners, you’ll drive the standardization of master data, the further development of end-to-end processes, and the successful implementation of a modern SAP system landscape.

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for establishing, further developing, and governing a company-wide master data management system.
• You will define global master data standards and ensure their sustainable implementation across all business units.
• You will design harmonized end-to-end processes and ensure their successful implementation as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• You will drive the standardization, quality, and integrity of master data throughout the entire value chain.
• As the central point of contact, you will coordinate collaboration between business units, Group IT, and external implementation partners.
• You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and managing SCM-related SAP S/4HANA initiatives and transformation projects.
• You will analyze requirements, develop forward-looking solution concepts, and oversee their successful implementation.
• You ensure transparent risk, escalation, and stakeholder management and lay the foundation for well-informed decisions.
• You promote knowledge transfer within the organization and empower key users and business units to adopt new processes and systems.
• You drive the continuous development of data, processes, and systems and make a significant contribution to the company’s digital transformation.

Your Profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the introduction, implementation, or further development of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ideally with a focus on Master Data Management or Data Governance.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and a solid understanding of integrated supply chain processes.
• Experience in establishing and further developing master data management and governance structures.
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of supply chain management, process management, or digital transformation in an industrial setting.
• Experience leading transformation, optimization, or implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and a holistic understanding of end-to-end processes and data structures.
• The ability to reconcile differing interests and successfully drive change.
• A confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for rallying people around shared goals.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
