To further strengthen our Industrial Heating / Process Heat business, we are looking for someone who thrives in an industrial environment, recognizes emerging technology trends and is excited to actively shape a globally relevant product portfolio. You will help develop products that play a vital role across industries worldwide. Working at the intersection of market needs, technology and customer value, you will drive innovations that shape our portfolio for the long term. In this role, you will take ownership, collaborate across disciplines and borders, and actively contribute to the future of industrial heat technology.

Your tasks

  • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends and translate them into product initiatives
  • Develop the product roadmap and unlock new applications and markets
  • Manage the global product portfolio across the entire lifecycle, from idea and development through to launch
  • Define and prioritize requirements and coordinate technical and commercial topics
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Business Development and Marketing
  • Support international teams and customers with product applications and launches
  • Conduct competitive analyses and identify relevant market and technology trends
  • Develop compelling product messaging and training materials
  • Visit customers, partners and trade shows worldwide (approx. 10–20% travel)

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (HF, FH, ETH or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in product management or an industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of markets, applications and technology trends
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident and persuasive presence
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary and international collaboration
