Do you enjoy working with precision, rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong technical understanding? In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the “Electronic Circuit Encapsulation” division and, together with your team, ensure high quality and efficient production processes. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your expertise, support your colleagues, and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.

Your tasks

• Independently and professionally performing work related to the encapsulation of electronic circuits
• Conducting quality and self-inspections, as well as verifying previous work steps
• Training employees and sharing technical knowledge and expertise regarding manufacturing processes
• Ensuring that the tools and equipment used are in good working order and performing simple maintenance tasks
• Actively contributing ideas and implementing measures as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Your Profile

• Technical vocational training or several years of experience in an electrical and mechanical field
• Strong manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Practical experience in a production environment
• Good written and spoken German
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously
• Strong focus on quality and a strong sense of responsibility
