Head of Sales
For our Commercial division at Axetris AG, we are looking for a customer-oriented and communicative individual to take on the role of Head of Sales - Micro Optics & Foundry Services.
Your tasks
- Management of the international and global MOS Sales team
- Developing the sales strategy for expanding the business, and implementing strategic market development plans in collaboration with Business Development and Sales Managers
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets, turnover, and order intake
- Business development and project acquisition, focusing on OEM volume applications and corresponding sales activities
- Analysing the market environment and potential, with regard to new application trends and technologies, in collaboration with Product Management
Your Profile
- Proven track record in sales management and sales of technology-intensive OEM components
- Technical degree in engineering, process engineering, physics or related fields, as well as further training in business administration
- Experience in optical component, and high-volume contract manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
