Maintenance Technician
For the Wafer Production team in the Maintenance department at Axetris AG, we are looking for a reliable, committed, and proactive individual to join us as a Maintenance Technician.
Your tasks
- Ensuring high equipment availability and process stability by carrying out timely and thorough maintenance of production equipment in wafer manufacturing
- Performing and planning preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment (DryEtch, Lithography) to ensure high equipment availability, including collaboration with external partners
- Responsible for inventory management and spare parts management
- Close collaboration with team colleagues, process engineers, and facility management
- Assisting in improving existing manufacturing processes of the equipment and actively contributing improvement suggestions
- Developing and maintaining documentation for maintenance tasks (MES, Excel)
- Complying with and ensuring workplace safety
Your Profile
- Technical vocational training and additional specialized education in electronics, mechanics, or physics are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in maintaining semiconductor production equipment, such as dry‑etch or lithography systems or other plasma processes (thin film, implant)
- Professional experience in a cleanroom environment
- Good German or English skills
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shift)
